About Restaurants

Restaurant is a good income generator. Even a small restaurant can make a sale of minimum Rs. 10,000/- each day leaving you with in hand profit of approx Rs. 1000/- per day. Food industry is thriving, people are increasingly depending on restaurants for food and looking for varieties. We have come up with a unique concept which has huge demand and potential to grow rapidly.

With increase in demand for home deliveries, many new restaurants are opting for cloud kitchens, where there is no need for physical restaurants to be present. However, the main draw back for these kitchens are they need to be associated with online-delivery platforms like swiggy and tomato which takes upto 30% margins on each sale. And they are not available in the market, so there is no proper branding.

Thus, we have come up with a brand new restaurants models where we have smaller kitchens, which are physical take aways. Where customers can directly get home delivery through us or can visit our restaurants, and (i) they can take away orders (ii) just stand at takeaway and consume food because of easy serviceable packing, (iii) consume in car, bikes or offices.

The Concept

Rice is the most consumable food in the south and people here cannot survive without eating rice. But all the restaurants serve almost similar kinds of rices like biryani, fried rice, meals etc… People are bored of this food. They want something new… And we are bringing this new and tested concept.

We are brining in the blend of best home cooked rice, mixed with delicious home cooked curries and served with pure ghee. The process is very similar to cooking fried rice, but is much quicker and offers lot of varieties in curries like Kheema Rice, Chicken Rice, Dalcha Rice, Alu Gosh Rice etc.. The customer can experience different curries each day and the food is ready to consume with no need for extra toppings.

Food industry is very profitable. But has following downsides (i) risk of food wastage (ii) huge maintenance costs in terms of rents, manpower and electricity bills.

1. Rice is cooked at the restaurant through automated rice cookers which doesn’t require experienced man power. The rice is selected by us and delivered to your store, so you don’t need to worry about quality and change in taste. The rice can be cooked in small/large quantities as per the requirement.

2. The curries are delivered from central kitchen in a storable packing in refrigerator. So the curries are fresh for about 48 hours thus reducing the wastage. Standard process is following in cooking to maintain equal taste at all branches.

3. When a customer places an order, the rice is lightly fried in the healthy olive oil and curries are added to it. Brining the delicious taste and served with Pure ghee. The customer can have a boiled egg or Papad with the servings. This process takes just 3-5 minutes, thus serving the food to customer quickly. Again, this does not require an experienced master and can be done by anyone with little training.

4. The food can be served at restaurant, or take away or get home delivered.

Setup Requirement

The setup of a store is easy. The requirements are:

(10) 4 People to run the store smoothly in 2 shifts (7am to 11 pm)
